Received the most incredible customer service of "grace under pressure" on the busiest day of the year for every florist in the United Sates. Florists start preparing for Valentine's Day weeks in advance. Customers do not. I called on February 13th, for a stunning arrangement to be delivered on Valentine's Day. The gentleman who answered the phone graciously confirmed that they had the particular flowers available, that delivery would be possible, and to immediately order online. He even told me the order description to use so they could create exactly what I wanted When I called an hour later to ensure that the order was received successfully, he again quickly and graciously confirmed. He called me the morning of delivery: there was a small snag with delivery (no fault of the florist) and he quickly had a solution. The arrangement was delivered in the morning -- which means the recipient had a delightful way to start the day. Make St. Pete Florist your go-to florist.

The flowers were stunning and service was above excellent! We ordered sprays and table center pieces for my mother in laws Celebration of Life for next day delivery and they came thru w flying colors! After taking our order, Juan and his wife said "tell me about your mom" and "I will make these as if I was making them for my mom". The flowers were fresh, bright and beautifully arranged and I would order from them every time! Thank you Juan for your help!
