Called in an order at 10:30am, delivered by 3:00pm. I asked for 12 yellow roses but they only had 9, so while I was on hold, the gentleman called his supplier to get more so he could guarantee me the full dozen, then he took my order. That was well done. The greenery was very nice. My mother-in-law loved the arrangement. What else could one ask for?

I live in NYC and needed to make a delivery on short notice to a special someone down in St. Pete Beach. Juan (the owner) was able to make it happen no problem.
